Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes. You can change plans at any time. Upgrades are prorated, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

How do additional technicians work?

Each plan includes a base number of technicians. You can add more at $15 per technician per month, up to the limit for your plan tier.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe. Bank transfers are available for Business Suite and above.

What happens if I cancel?

Your data is preserved indefinitely. You can resubscribe at any time to regain access to your account. We never delete your data.
